The Intake meeting is the initial meeting to gather information from the probationer and to discuss their charges. The conditions of probation are set forth, questions about the process are answered, and a contract is signed. After the intake is completed, the Provider reports the probationer's compliance to the courts.

A monthly check-in with a private probation provider is required. It will be probationers responsibility to schedule an appointment online and to show up when scheduled for office or mobile appointments.

Depending on a probationers charges, a random drug test will be required monthly. This in addition to the monthly probation fee. If additional tests are necessary, they will be billed at a rate of $20 per test.
